Longer journeys require more than a pickup time. We check the exact entrance, responsible contact person, wheelchair specifications, boarding assistance, accompanying travellers, luggage and handover arrangements at the destination.
This service is intended for planned non-emergency transport. It does not include medical monitoring or ambulance care. Hospitals and care organisations should provide a reachable contact and make sure the traveller is ready at the agreed time.

State the flight number, terminal arrival time, wheelchair, all travellers, mobility aids and every item of luggage. Airport assistance is separate from the taxi ride and must be requested from the airline in advance.
On arrival, agree how flight delays and the accessible pickup point will be handled.
